Even though it's off-topic, you might want to know that a radio show I archive is going to be interviewing Suzette Kelo this weekend. She's the plaintiff who lost in the recent Kelo v. New London case.
There's an interesting debate over at Sunni's Blog on the idea of the Lost Liberty Hotel (one libertarian's response to the Kelo decision). Some say that two wrongs don't make a right -- that the ends cannot justify the means. Others see it more of a defensive action, trying to beat the state by playing its own rules.
I think it's just a PR stunt, or a bad investment of resources, both economic and political. I mean, who's going to look forward to visiting the Lost Liberty Hotel?
